**The Opportunity**
Our location in Maple Grove, MN currently has an on-site opportunity for an **Associate Clinical Information Analyst** . The Associate Clinical Information Analyst is responsible for supporting the development and optimization of reporting solutions which support and advance data-driven problem solving in the conduct of clinical trials. This individual will work under Good Clinical Practices, Good Clinical Data Management Practices, and other FDA regulations and guidelines, and must demonstrate solid oral and written communication skills and analytical/problem-solving skills at various levels of the organization.
**What You’ll Work On**
+ Participate in discussions with shared service functions such as Site Management, Study Management, Data Review, Safety, etc. to gather operational, analytical, and study-specific reporting requirements.
+ Support the development of elegant and efficient reporting solutions (primarily SQL queries in Oracle RDBMS and Power BI visualizations) to meet reporting requirements.
+ Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement of reporting portfolio.
+ Support and train end-users of reporting portfolio.
+ Support the development and standardization of reporting conventions.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Sciences or related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
+ Organizational and basic project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
+ Highly skilled with Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, and Access.
+ Basic ability to work with database management systems.
+ Basic knowledge of database terminology and technology.
+ Basic knowledge and experience in supporting the building of clinical trial databases using Oracle Clinical or equivalent.
+ Basic knowledge and experience building/customizing Clinical Trial Management Software Applications.
+ Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
+ Basic ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
+ Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments in a timely manner and meet assigned deadlines.
+ Basic understanding of human physiology or any prior involvement with medical field.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience in Agile Development
+ Working knowledge in Data Science, Statistics, data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)

The base pay for this position is $50,000.00 – $100,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
