Associate Clinical Recruiter - REMOTE
Overview U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is excited to welcome a motivatedAssociate Clinical Recruiterto our growing team! In this role, you’ll support East Coast operations with a primary focus on the FL region. You’ll play a key part in helping our clinical recruiters build a strong national pipeline, while providing valuable administrative and coordination support. **While this position is remote, we require the candidate to reside in the state of Florida.*** Job Highlights What You’ll Do: Regional Recruitment Support + Partner with lead recruiters to actively source, screen, and engage clinical candidates through personalized phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. + Work closely with the regional recruitment team and clinical leaders to create and execute recruitment project plans that align with regional needs. + Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions that attract the best clinical talent. + Establish a comprehensive list of FL based anesthesia training programs to include physician residents, Resident Registered Nurse Anesthetist and Student Anesthesia Assistants. ACR will be responsible for following and engaging with FL based programs throughout the year and attend local recruitment events as determined by the Director of the department. + Regularly update region leadership with clear, ongoing reports on recruitment activities and candidate pipelines. + Proactively reach out to potential candidates via phone, text, and email, ensuring consistent clear communication and customer service throughout the process. + Apply creative thinking and analytical skills to generate innovative solutions for complex recruiting challenges. Regional Recruitment Coordination and Sourcing Support + Assist in planning and attending both local and national recruitment events, helping to manage logistics and candidate engagement to support pipeline efforts. + Conduct national talent-sourcing campaigns using our Talent CRM (Beamery), working to attract top clinical talent. + Post job ads across various platforms, ensuring content is compelling and aligned with USAP’s brand. Qualifications What You Bring: + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders in a professional, warm manner. You are genuinely interested in people and what motivates them to make a change. + Sharp attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in job postings, data entry, and reporting. + Critical thinking skills to analyze complex recruiting challenges and develop innovative, effective solutions. + The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment + A collaborative spirit—you're a team player, ready to jump in and support your colleagues and hiring managers. + Familiarity with recruitment systems such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools is a plus. Experience & Qualifications: + 1+ years of recruitment, HR, or sales experience is preferred + Bachelor’s degree preferred. + Strong Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate data for various reporting needs. + Experience with iCIMS, Beamery, Workday, or similar CRM systems is ideal. + Experience designing social media or marketing related materials in Canva is a plus. + Opportunity to travel up to 15% if desired.
