Identify, prioritize, contact new leads in assigned category.Be able to highlight the strong benefits of Traveloka to corporate business leaders in finance, HR and procurementBe able to articulate the value proposition of Traveloka for Corporates in terms of corporate benefits, traveler benefitsManage top accounts – own, develop and manage top accounts is assigned category.Report & analyze – plan with line manager, implement, and monitor agreed KPIs and be able to analyze, visualize and discuss trends, issues and opportunities.Understand the industry and its developments – very good knowledge of pros and cons of competitor models, market trends & landscape, rate structure and yield management, connectivity options, and customer booking trends.Optimize use of process and systems – Be familiar with full spectrum of business tools and ensure the team makes use of the systems.Guide client to use our system.Partner training: Educate partners on the system that used for transaction

Requirements

Min 3 years of work experience in sales or relevant fieldExperience in B2B corporate travel sales, corporate airline sales, or banking B2B sales a strong benefitWillingness to visit customers and work outside the officeWillingness to make partner calls/meeting as a daily basisExcellent interpersonal, ability to effective communication to various levels (both verbal & written), and negotiation skillsAble to present to groups of business peopleFamiliarity with corporate travel service, and online travel agent businessFluent and in English in writing, speaking & listeningHigh-impact personality: intellectual agility, entrepreneurship, empathy in relationships, team playerHungry, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, and metrics-drivenOrganization and time management skills, rigor, and attention to detailProven follow-up/persistence when facing challenging situationsAbility to multi-task effectively
