The Business Systems Integration (BSI) team within Northrop Grumman Strategic Space Systems Division (SSSD) is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Associate Computer Systems Analyst 1. The BSI team bridges the gap between the business side of day-to-day operations and the Information Technology (IT) developers for system solutions and improvements.
The ideal candidate must be able to 1) effectively interpret and communicate system problems/improvements/changes to the system developers, 2) formulate potential solutions with consideration to process effectiveness, system innovation, and downstream-upstream system interrelationships/interfaces, 3) test the developed solutions, and 4) communicate technical concepts and solution implementation to the users. The particular focus of this position will be in the Inventory/Cycle Counting and Goods Movement aspects of the business.
The candidate must demonstrate customer support skills, work collaboratively in cross functional team environment, and be able to complete assignments with minimal management supervision. This role requires the individual to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and to learn new computer applications quickly.
The M&L BSI organization is in Redondo Beach. This is a hybrid job and currently requires in the office 2 days a week or as needed for high-side support.
Primary Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science without relevant experience and will also consider 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.Experience executing in SAP, possible familiarity with LOOIE, or other SSSD business systemsProficient with Microsoft Office toolsExperience interacting and supporting Inventory, Warehousing, Cycle Counting, and Goods Movement business Processes in SAP Active DoD TS/SSBI or SCIPreferred Qualifications:

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
