We are looking for an Associate Consultant to join our Academia & Government team in Beijing. This is an amazing opportunity to work on Clarivate Web of Science Author Connect service. The role will report to Director of Consulting business in China, and work together with A&G Sales, CSMs to deliver best class service to assigned Universities. We would love to speak with you if you have skills in HTML, Bibliometrics, Academic consulting or University engagement.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing positions to academic industry.Bachelor’s Degree in Bibliometrics or Computer Science related areas.Fluent Chinese and English.

It would be great if you also have . . . 

Familiar with China Academic industry.HTML language skills are preferred.Master, Ph. D or equivalent is a plus.Ability to work under pressure and in a customer-facing environment.Self-starter who is a fast learner.

What will you be doing in this role?

Work on project execution of service delivery.Communication with customers on needs and output clarification.Collaborate with local and global teams to well execute delivery throughout the whole process to ensure customer satisfaction.Perform carefully quality check on works.Provide service materials expertise, including internal and external customer telephone calls and presentations.

About the Team

The team consists of 4 members and report to Director of Consulting business in China.

Hours of Work

Flexible working time with hybrid working model, up to 2-3 days working in office per week.This is a 1-year fixed term position with the possibilities to convert to permanent position.
