We're currently looking for an Associate Consultant to join our Strategy Consulting team based in Milan. In this role, you will be responsible for : + conducting desk research to a specific brief using internal and external sources + performing quantitative analyses to aid development of recommendations + contributing to the preparation, execution and follow up of client workshops + creating reports, presentations and other client deliverables + acquiring deep knowledge of IQVIA proprietary data sources **Desired Skills & Experience** + MSc degree with strong record of academic achievement, preferably in **Economics** , **Management** , **Engineering** . + **At least 1 year** of consulting experience with a Management Consultancy + Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and succinctly summarize recommendations + Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with **Excel** spreadsheets and creating presentations with **Power Point** + Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills + Proficiency in **Italian** and **English** + Ability to be multi-tasking in a fast paced environment + Ability to work on a team + Keenness to learn and commitment to a rapid development curve **Location** : Milan Permanent contract IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
