Job Title: Associate/Consultant Project Manager, Global Learning Content Services
Path/Level: P1
Position Description: As a Project Manager in our Global Learning Content Services, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of training projects from conception through completion. You will work closely with instructional designers, creative designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning solutions that meet the strategic goals of our organization.
The role will report to a GLCS Leader at LCCI.
Key Objectives and Deliverables:
Project and Stakeholder Management
Effectively manage multiple projects and exhibit flexibility in moving across business areas depending on project assignmentDevelop and maintain project plans using project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, and Wrike).Build, communicate and manage credible project timelines.Influence or negotiate change of timelines and content with other team members and stakeholders.Anticipate and mitigate risks to delivery.Effectively collaborate and work with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely project completion and escalate issues, as appropriate. Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to plan, develop, and implement engaging and effective Learning solutions.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project roadblocks.Monitor project progress and identify potential issues proactively, taking corrective action as needed.Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of project progress and updates.Track and analyze project data to identify areas for improvement in the Learning content development process.Qualifications:
Minimum 3-8 years of experience project managing learning and development projects.Strong project management skills with experience using project management methodologies and tools.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).Understanding of instructional design best practices is a plus.Additional Preferences:
Experience working in a regulated environment. Experience working with US organizations.Strong organizational skills.Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, communication, or a related field.PMP Certification is preferred.Language Requirements:
