Associate - Content Creation 

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Timely and accurate processing of content creation transactions according to process documentationResponsible for clarifying operational issues in  Ariba and SAP systemCreate and maintain catalog and contract content to enable self-service procurementCreate and maintain system parameters to ensure visibility of content based on system search functionalitiesCreate and maintain master data to ensure Purchase Order transfer and pay flow Guide business and procurement operations end2end with system and process handlingComply with procurement standards, policies and proceduresSupports, follows-up and escalates identified issuesPerform controls according to process designSupports onboarding process for new joiners (e.g. buddy role, on the job trainings)

 

WHO YOU ARE:

 

Professional experience (1-2 years) in supply chain management / procurementUniversity degree (in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting as beneficial)Strong Focus on detailsOrganizational skills; good planning, ability to prioritize workloadResults driven; ability to meet deadlinesAbility to work in the teamAbility to operate in a highly intercultural environmentEager to learnGood knowledge of MS office programs, Excel: intermediate levelSAP and Ariba experience is a plusEnglish-C1, fluent in speech and writingCommunication skills: collaborating, processing requests, maintaining relationships with stakeholders and suppliersSolid analytical skills- ability to work on large set of data, ability to read and search for required dataStrong presentation skills
