Associate Content Quality Specialist

Company Data Quality team is responsible for identifying inaccuracies in the data and implementing measures to improve the data quality across the Company Data and Private Markets – Revere and Industry Classification collection team.
As an Associate Content Quality Specialist, you will perform daily Quality Control audits on FactSet collected content to identify errors. Also classifies error types and provides feedback to Analysts to reduce future collection errors and helping to improve the accuracy of FactSet’s data.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts daily research, monitoring, and analysis-related tasks to find and correct data errors to improve the accuracy and quality of FactSet’s Content sets. Conduct random Quality Control audits of FactSet-collected content.Conduct Monsters/Test Managers review and ensure that all documents are completed within allotted waiting time.Provide root cause and feedback on errors found during audits to Research Analysts.Escalate issues found to Content Managers and/or Engineering if unable to self-correct the data.Perform research and analysis as part of special projects to cleanse data sets of detected errors.Participate in training/testing to build knowledge and skills working with Content sets as well as Quality/Process Improvement methods.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Should be in Senior Research Analyst level or equivalent.Knowledge or trained in any Global Entities processes.
