Associate Coordinator
Job Title: Associate Organizational Product Coordinator

Job Description

Join our Storage + Organization (S+O) team to help develop, implement, and sustain global product storage strategies. Work closely with client teams to organize and maintain their spaces and products. You will support strategic and tactical professional organizing services, including product liquidation, unpacking, organization support, and special storage projects.

ResponsibilitiesLead, act as point of contact, and support S+O sessions to organize and set up storage rooms.Serve as an onsite partner, providing hands-on assistance and directing support squad work.Collaborate with S+O Organizational Product Managers to ensure seamless session execution.Participate in team meetings, manager meetings, trainings, and client consultations.Ensure S+O quality control, meeting or exceeding client needs for each session.Become an expert in end-of-lifecycle processes and assist with training clients and team members.Contribute insights and feedback into new and existing SOPs within S+O’s playbook.Perform accurate data entry tasks and email communication.Prep for sessions and deliver organizational supplies to clients.Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.Essential SkillsCustomer service orientedClerical skillsData entry experienceExcel data entry proficiencyInventory control knowledgeOutlook proficiencyOffice support and administration experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsProject and/or administrative experience preferredAptitude for organizing physical spacesStrong spatial and organizational awarenessAbility to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-paced environmentCritical thinking and feedback assessment skillsAction-oriented and initiative-takingTeam player comfortable working independentlyCreative thinking and problem-solving skillsHigh level of professionalism with excellent customer service skillsDiscretion in handling sensitive informationRelationship management skills with a variety of client personalities and levelsWillingness to take on new challenges and responsibilitiesWorking knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and OutlookFamiliarity with Lean/5S preferredWork Environment

This role is 100% onsite (four days per week) and is very physically active. It may require working on one's feet for a minimum of 3 hours at a time and repeatedly lifting items of up to 50 lbs. An optional 1-hour team meeting is offered on Mondays from 9-10 am, either virtually or on-site. The role offers 25 hours per week (Tuesday-Thursday and 1 hour on Monday).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
