Associate Copywriter

The Associate, Copywriting role is responsible for creating written materials for marketing campaigns. This individual must have a passion for writing and possess strong written communication skills. The role produces work for both Institutional and Consumer audiences that will be distributed through a range of channels from digital display advertising to brochures and events. The successful candidate will work with client marketing partners to develop assets that will resonate with our audiences.



Key Responsibilities and Duties

Produce well-written content that is SEO friendly and optimized for conversion

Review and edit partner-generated copy

Collaborate with designers and creative teams

Ensure all project requests are met and effectively prioritized. • Ensure the work is consistent with brand standards and tone of voice

Manage projects through the WorkFront project management system

Preferred Skills:

·       1+ years of marketing content writing experience 

·       Editorial, proofreading, and writing skills 

·       Experience with SEO copywriting best practices 

·       Ability to dynamically manage multiple projects at once, including frequent un expected requests, with efficiency, urgency, and patience 

·       Financial services experience a plus 

·       Demonstrated track record of professional copywriting, with samples 

·       Demonstrated understanding of modern, digital campaigns 

·       Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Base Pay Range: $65,000/yr. - $85,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
