The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for an Associate Corporate Business Manager, based in either VIC or QLD, to join our Corporate Accounts team at Baxter. As an Associate Corporate Business Manager, you'll enhance sales opportunities through strategic analysis and collaboration, by developing and nurturing long-term professional sales relationships with potential and existing customers.
Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with the key Hospital Executives and customers, building Baxter’s profile and driving commercial growth across our Tier 2 customers. You will work collaboratively with all Baxter Commercial business units driving maximum efficiency, to achieve sales goals in line with the Sales Execution Plan.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with customers by phone, promoting Baxter products to grow territory
Identify, target, and develop potential customers by promoting products via promotional campaigns and Account Management plans, in collaboration with Account Managers and Sales Specialists
Collect and update collaborators on market and competitive dynamics to keep Baxter ahead of the competition
Develop and coordinate new product presentations, samples for customer trials, and appropriate in-servicing programs to meet customer requirements
Maintain open internal communication between through regular updates and monthly reports
Manage multiple customer projects and provide timely and professional information/service to ensure a competitive business edge
Attend relevant territory conferences and seminars to meet with customers, facilitating rapport and close working relationships with account managers and specialists
Maintain customer accounts and opportunity development in the BOOST CRM system to ensure account progress
Liaise with the HCS Manager to develop specific sales plans by account, ensuring the maximization of revenue and profit targets
Collaborate with Business Units, Legal, and Corporate Accounts teams in developing and managing agreements to enhance business opportunities and customer dedication
Provide relevant data on products to customers and act on customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant degree in Finance, Commerce, Science, Marketing or related fields
3-5 years commercial sales experience within Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industries is preferred
Strong collaborator management skills
Strong competence in commercial activities and project management abilities
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence important individuals
Ability to build strong understanding and relationships with executive stakeholders both internally and externally
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrating outstanding collaboration skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Willingness to travel interstate as required.
