Would you like the opportunity to work on industry-leading real estate development projects in the logistics space? As Associate Corporate Counsel, Real Estate, you will partner with Amazon’s Real Estate and Operations teams to buy, lease, entitle, construct, launch and manage Amazon's Operations facilities. Our projects range from multi-million square foot fulfillment centers to smaller delivery stations, in big cities and rural areas and everything in between, each with their own nuances to consider. These are dynamic, complex projects presenting novel legal and business issues requiring high judgment.

Key job responsibilities
Key job responsibilities include day-to-day business and real estate law counseling; land use advice; identifying opportunities for and implementing process improvements; administering and resolving legal issues that arise in existing commercial relationships; and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries.

A day in the life
Each day will be different in this role. Some days will be focused on managing a high volume of in-flight transactions, while others will be focused on complex strategic projects or new business initiatives. We’re also always look for ways to improve our processes and scale our resources, often involving the use of new technology, such as AI.
