**Job Overview:** + Drive compliance to statutory norms including Company Law, SEBI Regulations, RBI regulations, Group manuals, by laws, FEMA, listing requirements, applicable secretarial standards, other related laws and regulations etc. + Prepare agenda and minutes of board/committee/annual general meeting/Extra ordinary general meeting and maintaining various statutory registers; + Create and maintain secretarial records and file forms/returns with ROC. stock exchanges and RBI + Manage corporate law related queries, provide opinions to business functions, respond to shareholder queries; + Liasoning with statutory and regulatory authorities, auditors; + Support in internal audit, statutory audit. + Liasoning with global corporate secretarial team for documentation. + Knowledge of corporate laws and regulations; **Key Tasks and Responsibilities:** + Conduct witness interviews for employment litigation matters + Collect, compile, and review documents and data for discovery responses + Liaise with outside counsel + Update the matter management system with matter information as it becomes known + Respond to Subpoenas on behalf of the company + Manage and issue legal holds + Other assignments as deemed necessary **Essential Qualifications and Education:** + Juris Doctorate or equivalent + 1 to 3 years of legal experience + Basic understanding of the litigation process + Must be proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Must be organized and able to work independently with little oversight + Experience with document review platforms and matter management applications is a plus + Labor & employment law is a plus \#LI-PM1 Our ingenuity fuels daily life.
