Key Responsibilities:
Direct Service Provision: Deliver therapeutic interventions aligned with established protocols, employing approved techniques and methods tailored to diverse client populations, settings, and demographics.Caseload Management: Assume progressive ownership of allocated cases, balancing quantity against quality, complexity versus simplicity, and urgency vis à vis chronicity, whilst remaining accountable for outcome measurements and benchmarks.Clinical Documentation: Produce legible, precise, objective, and exhaustive written accounts detailing observations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment trajectories according to institutional conventions, applicable law, and accepted ethical standards.Collaborative Consultation: Engage in regular dialogues with senior staff, peers, and auxiliary personnel to exchange ideas, harmonize viewpoints, and synthesize disparate elements into cohesive, integrated therapeutic narratives.Reflective Supervision: Submit voluntarily to periodic scrutiny by designated preceptors, submitting audio recordings, video footage, or live observation sessions for appraisal and critique, thereby refining aptitudes and remediating deficiencies.Performance Metrics: Uphold organization-wide standards pertaining to attendance, punctuality, turnover rates, attrition indices, patient satisfaction surveys, and other quantifiable indicators reflecting proficiency and commitment.Policy Adherence: Abide diligently by corporate guidelines, rules, and standard operating procedures delimiting acceptable modes of operation, contingency planning, incident reporting, and risk mitigation.Professional Ethos: Demonstrate irreproachable integrity, decorum, courtesy, tact, and diplomacy in dealings with clients, coworkers, administrators, vendors, and visitors, consistently portraying favorably the image of the employer brand.Public Speaking: Orchestrate presentations, seminars, workshops, trainings, and instructional modules targeting fellow professionals, lay audiences, students, trainees, volunteers, paraprofessionals, and novitiates.Continuing Education: Remain conversant with recent literature, scholarly publications, journal articles, conference proceedings, webcasts, podcasts, blogs, newsletters, magazines, listservs, mailing lists, bulletins, briefings, digests, abstracts, summaries, meta-analyses, systematic reviews, and consensus statements germane to the discipline.Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
A trainee that meets the requirements for registration, supervision, and professional development as set forth by either:
The Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc.: ORThe appropriate board of professional registration with the Department of Economic Development for licensure as a psychologist, professional counselor, or social workerAdditional Qualifications:
