Netflix’s Content Programming Strategy & Operations (CPS&O) team is looking for an Associate to join its team in its Sao Paulo office, supporting the Brazil Content Team. Globally, the CPS&O team reports to the Chief Content Officer, with this role reporting to the Manager, CPS&O for Brazil.

Responsibilities:
Provide strategic support on programming decisions, both on an individual title basis and across the Brazil slate.Lead performance analysis and assess audience behaviors of launched titles.Develop a deep understanding of industry trends in Brazil, competitor slates, and whitespace programming opportunities.Support the scheduling process of our local content and provide launch date recommendations in coordination with cross-functional teams.Support and eventually lead special projects for senior Netflix leaders and develop recommendations on strategic and operational issues.Regularly present analyses and reports on relevant operating and financial metrics in an easy-to-understand format to senior business leaders.
