Location: Los Angeles, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $70 - 80 per hourWe are seeking an Associate Creative Director (Concept & Copy) to lead ideation and execution for marketing, branding, and culturally engaging campaigns. This role includes creating initiatives that celebrate African-American, Asian-American, and Hispanic communities, as well as general market campaigns across integrated channels such as media, social, digital, email, print, and in-store. The ideal candidate is a strategic, conceptual thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of delivering high-impact results in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners to create campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.Responsibilities: The Associate Creative Director (Concept & Copy) will lead ideation and execution for marketing, branding, and seasonal or culturally engaging campaigns. This includes targeted initiatives that celebrate African-American, Asian-American, and Hispanic communities, along with general market campaigns delivered through fully integrated channels such as paid media, social platforms, digital, email, site, print, and in-store. The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker, problem solver, and strategic mind who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. They exhibit exceptional creative judgment, dream big, and aren't afraid to challenge boundaries to deliver high-impact results. Working closely with a Design & Art Direction ACD and reporting to the Creative Director for Cultural Engagement, the candidate will bridge overarching marketing strategies with 360-degree campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. This position will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading agency partners with strong leadership and hands-on creative expertise. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing, Advertising, or a related field. 10+ years of professional copywriting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. A portfolio showcasing innovative and high-impact campaign concepts across channels (TV/Video, social, digital, experiential, and print). Demonstrated ability to lead culturally resonant storytelling initiatives. Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Slides, Slack, and Figma. Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate teams and external partners. Expertise in articulating creative vision and contextual feedback. Highly organized with a strong commitment to follow-through. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (preferred).
