The Crown Is YoursJoin our team as an Associate Creative Director, Copywriting and immerse yourself in the world of conceptual advertising, focusing on broadcast and video content. You’ll collaborate closely with Art Directors to develop innovative ideas and execute fully integrated campaigns across various media channels. Your role will primarily involve crafting copy for television spots and digital videos, while also contributing to other brand-focused projects. With your extensive experience in advertising and strong attention to detail, you'll play a key role in driving measurable positive outcomes for our business.
What you’ll do as an Associate Creative Director, CopywritingGenerates multiple creative concepts for every assignment that are on brief.
Ability to ideate and execute fully-integrated “big idea” campaigns across a
variety of media.
Primary focus will be television and digital video but will also include out of home, experiential, product naming, brand, etc.
Ability to represent ideas and concepts in cross-functional settings; collaborates independently with stakeholders and cross-functional team.
Work closely with the Conceptual teams to help craft TV and digital scripts, educate teams on storytelling, strategy and craft.
Collaborate with our Production department to both lead and own fully integrated TV productions with no supervision.
What you’ll bringAward winning portfolio with multiple comedy-focused TV commercial ad examples. Experience creating for sports and/or iGaming brands should be included. A link to your portfolio submitted with your resume is required for your application to be considered.
At least 10 years of relevant advertising agency or in-house agency experience.
At least 10 years of experience in Television ideation, production, and post-production.
Strong attention to detail and grammar with excellent communication skills including written, visual, and verbal.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 126,400.00 USD - 158,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
