We are looking for an extraordinary Associate Creative Director of Internal Communications to work as part of a creatively-led global team and ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications across all Apple internal medias and platforms. As an Associate Creative Director (ACD) of Internal Communications you will own the creative process and set the creative standard to deliver best-in-class, impactful stories that build culture across the company. The ideal candidate possesses an impeccable design aesthetic and attention to detail, broad experience in brand design, creative direction and in building photography and content narratives, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to foster positive collaboration with multi-disciplinary partners. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of creative strategy, user experience concepts, digital platform capabilities, and systematic design rationale.DescriptionDescriptionAs an ACD of Internal Communications, you will guide the teams through design concept development and collaborate closely with Editorial Leads, Designers, Producers, Photographers and Videographers to develop content strategies. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $179,000 and $269,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
