We’re seeking someone to join our team as (Associate) in (Credit Climate Risk) division.
Firm Risk Management
In the Firm Risk Management division, we advise businesses across the Firm on risk mitigation strategies, develop tools to analyze and monitor risks and lead key regulatory initiatives.

What you’ll do in the role:
Primary job responsibilities include:
• Perform ongoing credit loss calculations for Wealth Management lending products for FRB Climate Scenario Analysis exercise, internal Carbon Tax scenarios and other Firm-wide Climate Risk related activities
• Collaborate with Credit Risk Coverage and modeling teams to develop and enhance climate risk related stress testing methodologies and modeling approaches
• Produce and present climate risk related analytics for partners in the Central Climate Risk Team and Credit Risk Coverage
• Produce documentation and presentations to effectively communicate key information to senior management and regulators
• Develop methods and tools to streamline and increase efficiencies of various climate risk work streams
Skillset
• Familiarity with capital and credit loss modeling (preferred)
• Familiarity with calculating Climate risk related metrics (haircuts, physical damage estimates, climate risk scorecards etc)
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and proficiency in programming (VBA and Python) and/or dashboard/Business Intelligence tools (Power BI or Tableau) a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to communicate effectively with senior management and regulators
• Process management and prioritization skills with ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with relentless attention to detail
• Strong problem solving and implementation skills

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the financial industry
• Previous analytics and/ or credit risk management experience (preferred)
• Prior experience in ESG, Climate Risk or Sustainability Finance related domains (preferred)
