Danfoss is looking for Service Coordinator to process & execute all orders and cases from Customers. i.e enable customer service to achieve more work in less time.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Creating accurate & timely Proforma Invoices in coordination with sales team and customers. Keeping records of sales, generate timely MIS & Records as required by Sales force, preparing Charts, Reports etc. Updating & maintaining data in SAP system. Preparing and circulating customer survey feedback forms . Handling service cases like commissioning, warranty, out of warranty etc Handling cross border service cases ( Global level) Raising service invoice for service rendered. Helping out our customer through e-mail query and phone calls. Dealing with customers compliant and Preparing customer wise reports as per their specifications. Order Processing and Tracking: Timely management of orders received from customers through the order confirmation process and Monitoring time-lines for such orders and escalates in case of delays. Track for pending & current orders status. Follow-up of Form C &outstanding Payments, Quotation and invoice: preparing quotation and invoices, delivery challan, service engg conveyance data etc. Handling general day to day administrative functions from time to time with HOD’s and Stock Management, . In House Data Base Management. ICOS creation in Sales force and closure
