Providence Health Plan is calling an Associate Customer Care Coordinator, Medicaid who will:
Serve as a member of a service team that supports multiple regions and whose primary purpose is to provide Health Plan customers with outstanding, seamless service in a call center-based team environment Be Responsible for the first line of communication with a variety of customers, including existing and potential members, providers, internal departments and employers Provide detailed benefit quotes, eligibility and premium information on a broad portfolio of products Assist members in selecting medical homes and primary care physicians Educate members and providers in the appropriate use of health plan and clinic services Research and respond to claims and authorization inquiries Utilize knowledge of complex custom networks and resolve customer issues and concernsProvidence welcome 100% remote work for residents who reside in the following States:

2 years' experience working in a high-pressure customer facing service environment with a proven track record of learning and applying complex concepts Combined customer service experience may be defined as follows: 2 Years: Customer Service within a Healthcare Setting 2 Years: Healthcare: High Volume Call Center 2 Years: Healthcare: Claims 2 Years: Healthcare: Medical Billing / Insurance Verification 2 Years: Healthcare: Insurance Policy Support 2 Years: Healthcare: Benefits Advocacy 2 Years: Healthcare: Benefits 2 Years: Healthcare: Administrative Office 2 Years: Healthcare: Patient Care Services 2 Years: Banking 2 Years: Retail 2 Years: Healthcare: Certified Nursing Assistant 2 Years: Healthcare: Medical Assistant 2 Years: Healthcare: Home Health and Hospice 2 Years: Healthcare: Pharmacy 2 Years: Healthcare: Nutrition ServicesPreferred qualification for this position includes:
