Associate Customer Logistics Analyst

Reporting to the Manager Business Services you will support the successful collaboration of internal and external partners to meet the needs within the Customer Supply Chain Organization.  You will be responsible for order management, customer strategies, supply chain analytics, and business escalations for our managed services partners. You'll build partnerships with cross functional teams including Sales, Transportation, Warehousing, Supply Planning, Customers, and other teams within Global Business Services and Supply Chain.

Help gather and analyze data then presentHandles critical escalation calls and resolves the situationIdentify problems and opportunities, recommending solutionsCreate reporting and metrics that communicate the state of the business to the customerWork across departments and with multiple levelsDocument business process and recommend process improvementsExercise judgment in financial, operational or transactional analysis to identify and help resolve issuesSupport work in an ambiguous and dynamic business environmentWork across geographies and culturesNavigate end-to-end supply chainDevelop relationships with customersWork in customer systems to positively improve the order fulfillment process

You'll Have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Related Field Or 3 + years of related business experienceComfortable making presentationsExperience with Excel – Intermediate level, PowerPoint and willing to learn new technologiesDomestic and International travel may be required up to 10%In the office 3 days per week, Tuesday - ThursdayAt this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future.Relocation assistance is available for this position. Preference will be given to local candidates

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
