This position will be hybrid work from home and based out of the Cityzen Epicentro office located in Belen, Heredia Province.

 

Job Summary 

 

Data Analytics Associate is responsible for collaboration with cross functional teams to support business stakeholders to develop data visualization and actionable solutions that enables data driven decision making. Self motivated individual that will assist in ensuring the Data Strategy and priorities for the key business stakeholders are fulfilled.

 

Essential Functions

 

Transform large sets of data into simplified, meaningful, and actionable trends and visualizations to support the business. Analyze, design and develop dashboards and/or reports following best practices and guidelines Present data to business users to help them make informed decisions Work with technical data teams to test and validate data sources Train end users on how to use dashboards and other reports that are created Support business improvements through analytics Establish relationships with business users with the Global Operations department and technical teams. Be creative, curious and innovative with a drive to always be learning and improving Provide ongoing support of reporting and analytic reports, needs and changes Translate business questions into reporting/analytical requirements Support key business stakeholders to design metrics to measure performance Collaborate cross functionally across multiple levels of the organization
