Key Responsibilities
Collect, audit, and analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends and insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support People Operations and other HR functions.
Partner with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Assist in creating predictive models and tools to measure key HR metrics (e.g., promotions, increases, retention, engagement, diversity, performance).
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across HR systems and tools.
Drive compensation change processes such as promotions and out-of-cycle increases, providing templates with historical data to facilitate decision-making, comparative analysis, and reports on overall impacts; ensure approval workflow is followed and records are complete throughout
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects such as workforce planning, employee compensation changes, headcount transitions, employee engagement surveys, and diversity initiatives.
Stay updated on trends in people analytics, HR technology, and best practices.
