Associate Data Developer/Analyst

Our Predictive Analytics group is looking for an Associate Data Developer/Analyst to work within our data team to support data and service product deliveries. This support position does not have an on-call component and support is done during typical business hours. The person who applies for this position should enjoy working with data and diving into code to solve problems.

This position is located in our Cincinnati office and will be on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

Research business customer queries regarding model outputs; this includes difference between scores, missing items, reason messages, etc.Act as the Predictive Analytics point of contact for all Predictive Analytics developed applications and Predictive Analytics owned applications; this includes business day technical support, enhancements, bug fixes, production outages, etc.Establish and maintain a quality assurance model, including executing service level agreements, for all Predictive Analytics applications Complete any Testing/Maintenance for Predictive Analytics databases.Test, evaluate, and maintain 3rd party data.Provide training as necessary on the functionality of the scoring engines for IT/Business units.Design and/or build reports/data exports of Scoring Engine data for scoring visibility.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experienceGenerally, 0-3 years of relevant experience.Superior organizational leadership skills.Ability to communicate, develop and leverage strategic business relationships across the organization and externally.Excellent problem solving skills. Strong SQL and database knowledge (Oracle preferred)experience with hierarchical / semi-structured data in JSONReport development/design experience (Tableau Preferred)Knowledge of ETL concepts and programming (Informatica PowerCenter preferred)Knowledge of technology system scheduling tools (UC4 preferred)
