The overall responsibility of this function is to maintain an effective Data Protection Program in Zeiss China. The main objectives are to support the following actions:

§  Establishes and updates data inventories, data flow maps cross BUs.

§  Maintains training materials of China data protection, privacy, and related laws.

§  Follow-up data subject requirements and coordinate implementation with stakeholders

§  Update knowledge and guideline on the processing of data security and personal information protection

§  Supports the Global/APAC projects landing in Zeiss China entities.

§  Responses to data breach and relevant notification procedure as defined by corporate standard operation procedures.

§  Report promulgation of new laws and regulations and important data privacy events

§  Support the monitoring of system/process development for privacy compliance

§  Understands new privacy technologies and assists deployment of privacy-enhancing procedures

Education / 教育背景

Degrees associated in information management, legal compliance, or other intersection, are preferred.Bachelor’s Degree or above.

Experience / 经验

5+ years professional experience in a role involving privacy, program/project management, change management, process/organizational development, or compliance analysis, preferably within a technology setting and/or a legal setting.

Other skills / 其他技能

Fluent language skills in English and Chinese (written and oral) .Proficiency in MS Office - PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelExperience with privacy-related technology solutions (e.g., OneTrust)Certification in Privacy (e.g., CIPP, CIPT, CIPM, CDPSE certification) is preferred
