Business Intelligence - Associate
The Business Intelligence, Analyst manages business intelligence projects and processes to ensure that data is analyzed and reported in a way to inform organization's business and product decision making process. Working independently with limited supervision, this job applies business process knowledge and data analytics to develop, recommend and communicate timely, accurate, relevant and actionable insights to support business decisions and objectives. This job also coaches and reviews the work of lower level team members.

Key Responsibilities and DutiesSupports the development and implementation of business intelligence programs and policies to develop data driven insights that support business operations.\nCreates data mining architectures, models and protocols, statistical reporting and data analysis methodologies to identify trends in large data sets.\nBlends historical data from available industry reports, public information, field reports or purchased sources as input to analysis.\nIdentifies and analyzes industry and geographic trends and competitor market strategies and monitors current and potential customer trends to help organization develop products and services and expand business.\nResearches and applies knowledge of existing and emerging data science principles, theories and techniques to inform business decisions.\nWorks with other areas of the business, such as marketing, logistics, and customer service, to provide business intelligence insights and model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies.Educational RequirementsUniversity (Degree) PreferredWork Experience3+ Years Required; 5+ Years PreferredPhysical RequirementsPhysical Requirements: Sedentary Work
