Associate Dean of Students - Be Well BU Program Assistants
Belmont University
The Be Well BU Program Assistants are
responsible for promoting and executing events and programs that support
Belmont University's Be Well BU initiative in line with university and
departmental strategic priorities. They will collaborate closely with Division for
Student Formation graduate assistants and various campus departments to provide
impactful programs designed to enhance student well-being. The Be Well BU Program
Assistants operate under the guidance of the Associate Dean of Students,
Student Well-Being.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning, promoting, and executing wellness programming events and targeted wellness education for students.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive communication, marketing, and social media plan for the Be Well BU program.
- Create and deliver presentations about student well-being as requested.
- Collect and review pertinent assessment data in reports submitted on a weekly, per-semester, annual, and per-event basis.
Secondary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support collaboration among wellness departments, academic programs, student organizations, and other campus partners to promote a holistic approach to student well-being.
- Assist with program research needs
- Attend meetings, trainings, and events that are partnered with Be Well BU
- Perform other related duties as assigned
