We are seeking an Associate Demand Generation Marketing Manager to lead the charge in generating high-quality leads and driving pipeline growth through innovative marketing programs. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end execution of webinars and sponsorship initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing and business goals.

What You’ll Do:Develop and manage comprehensive webinar programs, including planning, promotion, hosting, and follow-upWork cross functionally to bring campaigns to life including Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Design, Video, Web teams driving towards building creative and impactful campaigns
Track and report top of funnel and bottom of funnel metrics to assess the effectiveness of webinar and sponsorship campaigns
Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing and event marketing, and identify new opportunities for growth.
Write/edit, manage, and develop a range of marketing materials; including landing page content, emails, social, and ads
Who You Are:3+ years of B2B marketing experienceProven track record of successfully managing end-to-end webinar programs and sponsorships that drive measurable results
Strong analytical skills to track performance, identify trends, and optimize for ROI
Exceptional project management skills
Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver with the ability to manage multiple projects and work with a number of different stakeholders
Professional ability to work with cross-functional teams in order to build momentum for upcoming campaigns and beyond with engaging followup activations
Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication skills
Bonus points if you have experience with or a passion for the cloud tech space, you've worked at a startup before, and/or you have experience with key automation and reporting tools (Marketo, Salesforce, etc)
