Role

Entry level engineer who produces the products provided by our Structural Analysis process under the direction of more advanced and professionally licensed engineers.

Responsibilities 

Perform detailed structural analysis of original, modified, and proposed wireless telecommunication structures; monopole, lattice guyed, lattice self-supporting, and small cell structures and produce reports for review and approval by an experienced engineer. Gain knowledge and skillset to progress towards ability to perform structural modification design and quality assurance (QA) review of structural analyses Review structural drawings for the purposes of accurately building structural analysis model based on those drawings Assist in creating and modifying engineering calculation tools, standards, and training Read and understand new technical documents and standards and implement into work products Effectively communicate with internal partners on information needed to complete structural analyses and designs and communicate results to non-technical audience.

Education/Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably specializing in structures

Experience/Minimum Requirements

Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam preferred Zero (0) to two (2)+ years of structural engineering experience in the field of wireless telecommunications supporting structures or related field

Expectations

Experience using MS Excel and other general-purpose software, such as MathCAD, for engineering calculations Detail oriented and self-motivated Good written and oral communication skills essential

Working Conditions: This is a remote role with the expectation of on-site/in-person collaboration (must be located in a commutable distance to Canonsburg, PA, Houston, TX, Chandler, AZ or Charlotte, NC) with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter and may require up to 10% travel. 

The salary range offered for this position is $64,080-$88,110 annually. A candidate’s offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location.  Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive a minimum of 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
