**Overview**
**THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE**
Associate Digital Activation Directors are responsible for end-to-end output across their entire client set, ensuring a high standard of output is delivered across brief responses, WIPs, business/quarterly reviews, reporting and campaign performance via
a highly functioning team.
This role must forge exceptionally strong relationships with senior clients, as well as maintaining a clear strategic vision to deliver growth for both clients and the Digital Activation team.
Associate Directors are expected to not only perform highly on seniors client management and create high functioning teams, but also in the ability to bring innovation and leadership to the entire Digital Activation team.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
· Full ownership of output from your team across all clients. Engaging Directors when required, ensuring no basic errors and strong performance. This includes:
· Working with Managers to deliver best in class client brief responses.
· Full financial responsibility of your clients sets, including forecasting and invoicing accuracy.
· Full responsibility for implementation within your team, and ensuring campaigns deliver against client KPIs.
· Responding to, and presenting new business pitches.
· Developing strong working relationships with their:
· Digital Activation team and wider agency, building your personal brand within the agency.
· Directors & Head of: ability to manage upwards when required.
· Coordinators & Execs: supporting in their development internal client teams: Effectively supporting them and managing expectations.
· External partners: Forging strong relationships with senior Facebook & Google reps.
· Positive, solution-orientated attitude.
· Full responsibility for not only the delivery of clear growth plans for Managers, but via Managers to deliver clear growth plans to Execs and Co-Ordinators also.
· Excellent communication skills with close monitoring & escalation of issues in a timely manner.
· Works autonomously to meet client and agency objectives & deliverables.
· Develops and implements ways of working with senior clients where necessary, to ensure an effective and efficient operating rhythm.
· Delivers thought leadership on all accounts, developing with Managers best in class strategies to deliver on clients objectives.
· Full responsibility for ensuring we hit designated client’s business KPI’s through their team.
**IDEAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
· Experienced managing large client budgets and sophisticated paid search and social campaigns
· Knowledge of programmatic campaigns will be advantageous
· Strong project management skills with the ability to concurrently manage a team and individual task list
· Strong experience across SA360, Google Ads & Bing Ads + GA360/GA4
· Demonstrated ability to articulate media strategy into performance media solutions and responsibility for reaching performance targets
