The Associate Digital Product Manager will be responsible for leading the digital experience strategy for a group of products and/or solutions or small business unit. This role will collaborate with key business partners across Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, Technology, Sales, Operations, and Finance to identify growth opportunities and drive product innovation.
Essential Duties:
Act as the digital experience subject matter expert for a vertical of products and solutions. Collaborate with key business partners in Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, Technology, Sales, Operations, Finance, etc., to identify opportunities for growth.
Identify needs and pain points of users, and translate those into detailed user stories, which capture both business objectives and user needs, and can be clearly defined and understood by the development team.
Manage content optimization, personalization and testing strategies in the content management system. Monitor and analyze product performance and conduct market research to analyze customer needs and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Test new features and functionality and facilitate stakeholder testing to ensure product stability.
Gather data, feedback and research to support prioritization of product backlog, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Communicate product updates and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Stay current with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in digital product management
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven track record of setting and driving outcome-based product metrics.
Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a user-first mindset.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Foundational knowledge of product management best practices
Proven ability to articulate a business case to stakeholders and customers, including relevant product and market information tailored to the audience.

The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
