As an Associate Digital Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally to guide products or services to address customer needs and market opportunities. You collaborate with others to define and prioritize features for the product roadmap. You will work closely with engineering, product designers, marketing, sales & analytics’ teams to design & develop capabilities that support our users, breaking down complex problems into pieces that drive product development.

You’ll have at least 3 years of experience handing digital vision and strategy as week as product and marketing lifecycle management.
You have a background in Digital (web, mobile, email, SMS/ text) and/ or user experience.
You have exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, and a proven process of data validation, with decisions rooted in hypotheses & experiments.
You are a curious and thoughtful, able to research and synthesize capabilities, identifying the intersection between megatrends and customer problems to guide the organization towards future innovation
You are strategic, partnering actively with leadership to develop and refine digital’s direction, as well as measure and optimize key performance indicators to evaluate the initiative's success.
You are collaborative, partnering to execute a broader vision, focusing on effective communication, organization, and cross-organizational collaboration.
You have strong communication and presentation skills, with a knack for storytelling, and the capacity to lead cross-functional efforts.
You are agile, able to anticipate and deliver on the needs of a sophisticated, and fast-paced business and possess the ability to simultaneously balance a wide range of projects.
You are self-motivated, demonstrating initiative by proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions.
You are aware of and have an interest in keeping abreast of current compliance / regulatory requirements.
You have deep experience in project management and delivery, as well as experience developing and implementing new processes within large teams.
Experience with Workfront or other digital project management platforms is a plus, but not required.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $92,423-$147,877
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
