About the Role

Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through multiple distribution / sales channels to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives

Responsibilities:Lead and manage the sales team, providing training, mentorship, and performance management to achieve individual and team sales targets.Develop and establish new sales distribution channels while maintaining strong relationships with clients and business partners.Formulate strategies and plans to engage agency channels and drive general insurance business.Provide quotations, advice, and handle service and product inquiries from clients and intermediaries.Manage projects including marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and product development.Acquire and maintain a license as an individual insurance agent of Blue Cross with the Insurance Authority.Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines, or Diploma in insurance or related disciplines;Fulfilment of the fit and proper criteria of the Insurance Authority for licensing as an individual insurance agent of the Company, and the minimum education and qualifications requirements, including but not limited to passes in IIQE Paper 1 & 2 [subject to the regulated activities to be conducted];Qualified IIQAS, LOMA, ANZIIF (Senior Associate) or other related professional insurance qualifications an advantage;Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in insurance industry & GI businessExperience in leading a team with size of 10Able to work in fast-paced environment. Resilient, agile and strategic mindsetSales oriented, positive and can work under pressure; A team player with great initiative, positive and good interpersonal skills;Good communication and presentation skills;Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
