The Associate Director, Global Oncology Competitive Intelligence Market Research - Lymphoma, Leukemia Cell Therapy helps shape oncology pipeline strategies through gathering and analyzing competitive insights, assessing emerging targets/MOAs and understanding of competitors’ strategies and tactics for clinical development and commercialization. This role will also be responsible for leading and delivering key strategic insights to support decision making through primary and secondary market research. The role serves as the “voice of the customer” and translate "customer learning" into actionable recommendations based on key insights.
This role will report into Director, Global Commercial Insights and Analytics and partner closely with the other team members from Global Commercial Insights Organization (Competitive Intelligence, Market Research, Forecasting), as well as Global Commercial Leads to shape global commercial development strategies for Hematology Portfolio in Oncology, with main focus on assets in the areas of Lymphoma, Leukemia Cell-Therapy .
Responsibilities:Help shape the strategy of the Disease Area Stronghold and the strategy of pipeline products through competitive insights:
Track development progress of competitors, ex. trial design, timeline, recruiting status, data readoutGain insights in the go to market model and commercial strategy and tactics of competitorsInterpret the competitive information to derive implications and form recommendations. Align cross key stakeholders and communicate timely across the organizationLead competitive scenario planningSupport the exploration/assessment of new opportunities:
Monitor the landscape, track the emerging targets/MOAs for potential opportunitiesHelp conduct due diligence of early-stage opportunities.Inform TPP and Forecast with in-depth understanding of the competitive landscapeLead competitive intelligence gathering, interpretation, and communication during key scientific congresses:
Develop coordinated plan (playbooks) with comprehensive summary of key abstracts/posters/presentations and intelligence objectivesLead team debriefs in coordination with cross functional/cross region partnersTimely communications across the organizationExpect travel to 3-4 conferences each yearConduct qualitative and quantitative global primary market research, to supplement competitive insights and integrate for better understanding of the evolving disease and treatment landscape, target product profiles and to inform commercial opportunity assessment.

Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
