Your work will include:

Gathering and analyzing hard data related to workplace trends, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness, process optimizationGathering and analyzing soft data through leadership interviews, focus groups and workshopsSynthesizing the data you have collected, documenting your analysis, formulating hypotheses and developing robust options for peer review for eventual submission to the clientDocumenting your analysis clearly and concisely (typically in PowerPoint-style reports)Presenting and defending your analysis to the client and facilitating decision-making

Business, Finance or EconomicsArchitecture, Interior Design, or another creative disciplinePsychology, Sociology, Organizational DevelopmentAnother higher-level qualification if you think there is a good fit and a strong alignment with your interests
