Job Title: Associate Director, Cyber and Technology Risk Regulatory ResponseWhat is the opportunity?

As part of the Group Risk Management (GRM) IT and Cyber Shared Services and Risk Management Practice team, the Associate Director, GRM Regulatory Response will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating regulatory and internal audit response related to IT and Cybersecurity risks. This includes collecting, reviewing, and preparing materials, that are fit for purpose and use, for submission to Global Regulators. It requires strong collaboration with our internal stakeholders to facilitate regulatory exams, and address regulatory inquiries., and drive compliance with evolving cybersecurity regulations.

What will you do?Regulatory Exams & Inquiries CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact (POC) for IT and cybersecurity-related regulatory and internal audit exams, reviews, and inquiries within the IT and Cyber Shared Services and Risk Management Practice team.Coordinate responses to Request for Information (RFIs) and regulatory inquiries.Facilitate engagement with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate response to regulators and internal audit.

Review of Regulatory SubmissionsEnsure readability, consistency, accuracy, and alignment of regulatory submissions with organizational risk management frameworks and policies.

Regulatory Matters & Remediation OversightCollaborate with stakeholders to develop effective remediation plans that address regulatory concerns and strengthen IT and cybersecurity risk management.Monitor, track, and provide oversight of remediation efforts related to regulatory findings and recommendations.Monitor, track, and provide oversight of regulatory matters dependency mapping.Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely execution of remediation plans and sustainable resolution of regulatory and internal audit findings.Raise risks and issues, where appropriate, identify ownership and track them through resolution.Provide senior management with updates on regulatory and internal audit matters and potential areas of concerns.

Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to enhance regulatory response processes, frameworks, and documentation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Develop best practices for regulatory engagement and maintain documentation of regulatory responses for future reference.

What do you need to succeed?Must-have:University degree, or equivalent2 years in the financial services or other regulated industriesExperience with regulatory and internal audit exams and requests for information.

Nice-to-have:Experience in working within a large financial service company.Background or knowledge of Information Technology and Cybersecurity.
