About the Role
• Act as pivotal part of Group Data Governance by partnering with 18+ Business Units across Asia Pacific and Group functions to deliver best data quality and governance• Support Director of Data Governance establish and maintain effective data management practices, implementation and maintenance of the data governance framework, policies and standards
Group Data Governance Standard and Guidelines
To support 18+ Business Units and Group functions (Operations, Healthcare, Investment, Finance and Human Resources) in implementing the Group Data Governance StandardTo support the review, revision and expansion of the Group Data Governance StandardTo develop guidelines on data governance, e.g. reference data management and data format definitionsGroupwide Data Governance Tooling
To manage and upgrade the Groupwide data governance tool and VMTo research, identify and assess data governance tools, including those with AI capabilitiesGroupwide Data Dictionary of Critical Data Element (CDE) Definitions
To maintain and enhance the Groupwide data dictionary of CDE definitions, including CDEs, data quality rules, reference data, data domains, data owners, database mapping, PII labels, data classifications, metadata and business glossary, etc.To support Group data owner functions in their reviews of CDE definitions to ensure their adequate coverageTo support Group data owner functions in defining enhanced and additional CDEs as well as data quality rules, e.g. for health clinical coding data standardisationTo support reference data managementMonthly Data Quality Assessments
