About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 11 The Team: You will be an integrated part of the S&P Global Ratings Marketing team, providing support to our key stakeholders across the globe. The Impact: Reporting to the Director of Demand Insights, the Digital Analytics / Demand Insights Associate Director will lead our analytics efforts and play a key role in providing customer and demand insights for data-driven decision-making within the organization. Responsibilities: Design and implement analytics strategies to track customer behaviour, content engagement, and marketing performance. Coordinate customer-demand analytics needs across the organization by identifying data needs, set objectives, and providing actionable insights. Collaborate with cross functional teams to establish integrated analytics across digital platforms, including the public website, RatingsDirect, and Ratings 360. Develop and maintain a robust analytics framework, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) Leverage advanced statistical and data analysis techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. Implement and refine marketing attribution models to measure channel impact on customer acquisition and conversion. Implement AI and predictive analytics tools into the marketing technology stack to drive efficiency and growth Drive the development and automation of dashboards and reports to communicate performance metrics and insights to key stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging analytics technologies recommending improvements where beneficial. Build and manage relationships with internal and external data and analytics partners, including RatingsDirect, Crisil GAC and Data Science teams What We’re Looking For: Employees in similar position within S&P Global typically comes with a minimum of 5- 7 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Psychology, or a related field. Proven experience in web analytics, Adobe Analytics, marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot, Marketo), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience with Customer Data Platforms and predictive analytics Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) a plus. Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive strategy and decision-making. Strong analytical skills, with ability to formulate business questions, analysing data to make recommendations.
