The Associate Director, Digital Communications, Sanofi plays a key role in the creation and execution of digital initiatives that enhance Sanofi’s reputation as the world’s leading immunology company. In coordination with key stakeholders, such as global corporate communications and SPC product communications, this role is responsible for advising and strategizing on SPC digital campaigns across neurology, immunology, oncology and rare disease – from creative content development to campaign optimization.
This individual will report to the Head of Digital and Executive Communications, SPC, and work cross-functionally with product communicators, GBU peers and corporate partners to maximize impact of digital storytelling. This individual will also work closely with the Head of Data and Analytics Communications, SPC.

Main Responsibilities
Oversee the execution of SPC content across relevant digital platforms based on a strong understanding of Sanofi’s Play to Win strategy and target audiences.
Counsel product communicators on holistic digital strategies – including social media, websites and executive channels.
Maintain editorial calendar, schedule posts, and analyze performance of social media content.
Standardized social media guidance, benchmarks and KPIs.
Identify opportunities to drive higher engagement with key audiences.
Own and develop unbranded reputational content to further Sanofi’s ambition of becoming the world’s leading immunology company.

QUALIFICATIONS
(Required)
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration5+ years of experience in Digital CommunicationsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlinesStrong ability to work effectively across functions, levels and business units(Preferred)
