We believe an unlimited supply of tolerable, transplantable organs will eliminate the transplant waiting list and cure end-stage organ diseases for which transplant is not currently an option. **Who you are** In this role, you’ll step into the **Associate Director, Facilities** seat at our dynamic Silver Spring, Maryland campus, where you’ll continuously evaluate work processes and data to boost efficiency, outcomes, and service delivery across a high‑profile, multi‑use site. You’ll work to harness a robust CMMS to max out preventive, predictive, and calibration programs, oversee both non‑GMP maintenance and GMP calibration activities, and implement advanced reliability methods like RCM and FMEA to extend asset lifecycles and minimize unplanned downtime. Reporting to the Director, Maintenance, Calibration, and Tech Services, you’ll build and drive a strategic maintenance roadmap, lead and develop a lean maintenance and calibration team under strict safety and compliance standards, and collaborate closely with Reliability Engineering, Tech Services, and site stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
