As The Associate Director, Field Deployment & Incentive Compensation is responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of strategic deliverables in Field Design & Deployment, Incentives and Execution adherence in the US Market. This is a critical role with ambition to continuously innovate to drive growth and execution for all US businesses. The successful candidate will align and collaborate with leadership, other cross-functional support functions, Business Unit and Sales Leaders to ensure excellence in execution. In addition, the candidate will be identifying business efficiencies and developing innovative solutions to address market, industry, and brand opportunities based on modern industry benchmarks &customer engagement models.

Main Responsibilities
Design and implement sales force deployment strategies and incentive compensation plans to drive performance.
Optimize sales architecture and customer engagement models to support business objectives.
Develop and refine execution adherence frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks.
Partner with sales leadership and business unit teams to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
Oversee field operations, including business reviews, reporting enhancements, and process improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize tools, processes, and best practices across business units.
Lead change management initiatives to drive innovation and efficiency in commercial operations.
About You
Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in sales operations, field deployment, or incentive compensation.
Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Excel, Veeva, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Power BI.
Understanding of industry-standard data sources (IQVIA, 340B, SP/HUB data) and incentive compensation best practices.
Knowledge of go-to-market models, including account-based selling, key account management (KAM), and GPO strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and change management skills, with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
Ability to work on-site in Cambridge at least three days per week.

Sanofi's Bridgewater, NJ office is scheduled to relocate to Morristown, NJ on or around March 24, 2025 and this role will then be based in Morristown, NJ.
