The Site Controller is an integral member of the Puerto Rico Operations leadership team owning overall responsibility for effective financial management and reporting.  They will work closely with the site leadership team in achieving financial and operational plan objectives, enhancing the controls environment, streamlining processes and SAP reporting solutions, and supporting strategic business case development.

This position will sit at our Santa Isabel, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. May be eligible for relocation.

What You Will Do

Demonstrate visible leadership, driving the development and execution of clear financial plans, strategic and tactical objectives, and a project pipelineDevelop world-class controls environment, ensuring 100% compliance on-time, and ensuring financial reporting and accounting treatment is consistent with GAAP and corporate policy.Thorough review, understanding, and ownership of financial statements ensuring relevant, reliable, and representationally faithful reportingCompliance with Accounting & Controls Assessments, Audits, Account Reconciliations, SOX controls and documentation, and policy updatesPartner with Operations to provide focus on key cost/opportunity sources, operational and financial results, and lean investmentSupport Corporate HQ activities (Annual Plan, 5-year Plan, Latest Estimate, Closing); Maintain executive reporting packages and execute key corporate initiativesMaintain a high-performance and engaged finance group through disciplined use of CORE tools, ensuring robust key processes, excellent standard work, and cross-functional RCCA engagementEnsure sound investment strategy, capital allocation, and robust ROI analysis and execution

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experienceU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract Must be local to or willing to relocate to Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico
