General Summary  

Campbell is on a multi-year transformation journey.  In this role, we’re looking for an experienced Associate Director who will join the Financial Technology Solutions IT team, reporting to the Sr Director of Financial Technology Solutions, to drive the design and implementation of a new end-to-end digital tools, and ensure alignment across Technology, Corporate Strategy & Development, Tax, Internal Audit and our M&A Integration teams to deliver a cross-functional solution for Campbell. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain end-to-end capabilities, processes, and procedures for developed products & platforms. As part of the Corporate Strategy responsibilities, the ideal candidate will also act as the IT Program Manager for potential M&A activities, engaging IT partners to deliver a smooth integration of an acquisition or divestiture. The role is also responsible for collaboration with IT and Business partners across the Enterprise Performance Management process to drive strategy and solutions, interacting with VP+ level stakeholders on a consistent basis to ensure alignment, sequence the delivery of business capabilities and collaborate with business partners to develop the technology and strategy roadmap.

Principal Responsibilities 

 Responsible for deep end-to-end understanding of enterprise performance management, from ideation to post delivery 

Provides in-depth technical and capability knowledge, acts as a subject matter expert for the matrixed business processes and serves as the primary liaison for the platform (SAP ECC, BPC, Vertex and others) Ensures effective lifecycle management of capabilities and technologies Manages a team of business analysts and outsourced developers Creates and maintains the roadmap across capabilities and technology in partnership with EPMO, IT and Finance Understands the holistic view of the business capabilities being delivered as part of the technology offering Mentors and coaches other team members related to the enterprise performance management process (driver-based capital investment to prioritization of investment to benefits tracking) Interacts with key vendors in the space related to technology and design.  Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the processes which are critical to successfully achieving Campbell’s primary mission and functional objectives Partner with the Application Operations team to ensure that support activities are managed and governed according to SLAs.·Manage team personnel, developing their skills and capabilities to meet the needs of the strategic plan, as well as recruiting capabilities to address new needs and skills gaps.·Understand expense budgeting and forecasting as well as project budgets.·Manage relationships with major vendors and service providers to ensure they cost-effectively meet the needs of the organization.

 Minimum Requirements: 

            Business competencies:  

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with key IT, business and vendor partners Exhibited knowledge and capability to fully understand how performance management and corporate strategy (M&A) capabilities, tracking and needs are tied to the overall strategic goals and plans Proven ability to quickly learn and understand business strategies, objectives, processes, and IT alignment to meeting business needs Understanding of budget planning, purchasing processes, and financial management Experience with tool selection, implementation and adoption including rollout of enterprise software leveraging strong OCMDevelop the overall systems strategy, set priorities, identify initiatives, oversee projects, establish adoption plans that maximize value for the Planning organization.·Own the relationship with the relevant Internal Audit, Tax as well as Corporate Strategy and Development leaders and stakeholders. Develop productive relationships with program and project planning leaders across the organization to influence how Planning initiatives can enable new sources of value.·Lead the on-going assessment of the technical and business fitness of the Planning IT services and solutions portfolio, their associated costs and risks, and rationalize them to maximize the business contribution.

Technical and Functional competencies:   BS Degree in MIS / IT or related field required10+ years of relevant business experience / relevant IT experience 5+ years experience leading IT teams  Proven experience delivering large scale transformational projects CPG experience preferred Proficient in process optimization, change management and project management methodologies and their application

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$105,000-$172,200

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
