Associate Director of FP&A - Contract - Cambridge, MA

Proclinical is seeking an Associate Director for Financial Planning & Analysis.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role focuses on leading the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of financial forecasts and investment plans. The successful candidate will play a key role in communicating schedules and deliverables to finance partners and ensuring the planning system is up-to-date.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.8+ years of experience in FP&AStrong strategic thinking and financial analysis skills.Understanding of Sarbanes Oxley requirements.Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with SAP and Adaptive Planning System is advantageous.

The Associate Director of FP&A's responsibilities will be:

Lead the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of forecasts and investment plans.Communicate scheduling and deliverables to Finance Business Partners.Coordinate the preparation of models for presenting forecasts and results to senior leadership and committees.Ensure the planning system functionality is current.Collaborate with HR and IT to resolve planning data issues.
