Associate Director, Global Supply Chain Strategy WWIPD
**Job Description Summary** Reporting to the Director, Global Supply Chain WWIPD, the incumbent is accountable to drive Global Infusion Preparation and Delivery (IDP) Supply Chain Planning for North America sources of supply. He/She is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the End-to-End Supply Chain globally, delivering best in class performances of Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Management, Back Order, Line Fill and Production Plan Attainment. He/She is accountable for Manufacturing, Logistics and Warehousing performance for North American sources of supply and is leading/contributing to strategic programs across WWIPD supply chain, including but not being limited to System planning implementation, CTW initiatives, architecture programs etc…. The incumbent is accountable for supply chain of a $1 Bn Infusion Preparation and Delivery (dedicated and non-dedicated) business. Our aim is deliver these products at an affordable cost and of the highest quality. **About the role** As the Associate Director, your role will be crucial in driving the Global Infusion Preparation and Delivery (IDP) Supply Chain Planning for North America sources of supply. You will coordinate the End-to-End Supply Chain globally, ensuring flawless performances in Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Management, Back Order, Line Fill, and Production Plan Attainment. Reporting to the Director, you will be instrumental in creating competitive advantages for our IPD business and delivering significant value to our end customers. **Main responsibilities will include:** **WWIPD Global Supply & Inventory Planning activities:** + Providing close oversight of the WWIPD supply plan to align with global market requirements and inventory goals. + Reviewing monthly master production schedules for Global Infusion Disposables manufacturing sites . + Oversees inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce E&O, determining the right balance between service, cost and cash to meet the business objectives. + Developing End-to-End access to identify risks and opportunities across the network. + Proactively identifying potential supply chain risks and developing contingency plans. + Bringing to bear tier management processes to monitor performance and address difficulties. + Optimizing short-term execution through S&OE processes with regions and manufacturing sites. + Leading distributed team meetings to address back orders and communicate status to collaborators. + Partnering with the Global Compliance team to ensure adherence to the Swissco business model. **WWIPD Supply Chain Strategy Development:** + Develops and implement Supply Chain strategic roadmap. + Drives initiatives to improve Supply Chain agility and minimize risks, enhancing overall SC resilience. + Identifies and implement opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency through operations and network optimization. + Leverage system capabilities and digital tools to streamline planning process and improve overall visibility across the Supply Chain Network. + Drives portfolio segmentation, drive and monitor the planning adjustments required for each segment. **Integrated Business Planning Process:** + Leads the Supply Review meetings. + Participates to the WWIPD Master Business review. **People Management:** + Manage and mentor a team of Supply Chain associates, adopting a servant leadership approach to remove obstacles and ensure the team’s success. + Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement, ensuring our operations are flawless and world-class. + Ensure regular touchpoints with direct reports, building career development and succession plans to retain top talent. + Foster a culture of inclusion and diversity, ensuring all team members can thrive and contribute effectively. **About you** You are a proven leader with a comprehensive understanding of supply chain dynamics and a passion for driving continuous improvement. Your background includes: + 8-10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, with a strong track record in leadership and central initiatives. + Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences. + Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to influence and gain consensus. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make sound and timely decisions. + Experience in managing and mentoring supply chain teams. + Knowledge of SAP ERP. + Passionate about operational excellence and motivated to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. + Willingness to work across different time zones. + Proficiency in written and oral English; Spanish is a plus.
