About the Role
• Define and maintain AIA Group’s target healthcare architecture• Define and maintain AIA Group’s healthcare architecture landscape, application portfolio and architecture roadmap
• Establish and manage architecture governance to ensure IT projects and activities are aligned with target healthcare architecture, principles, and guidelines
• Responsible for governance of healthcare application portfolio to maximise share and reuse of the applications and eliminate end-of-life and legacy applications
• Support healthcare M&A and new initiatives
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development of technology strategy and roadmap for health workstreamResponsible for delivery and being custodian of group enterprise healthcare architecture blueprint, which includes and not limited to product proposition, sales, servicing, pre-authorisation, claims, fraud-waste-and-abuse model, provider network management, patient management, disease management and pharmaceutical benefit managementResponsible for creating and handling healthcare related architecture standards and promoting adoption of the standards in AIA group and local business unitsResponsible for evaluation of technology trends and solutions to assess potential impacts and to evolve the healthcare architecture with clear choices for business investing in new technologiesResponsible for quality assurance of group programs in healthcare workstream from an enterprise architecture perspectiveResponsible for working with group stakeholders on emerging opportunities around M&A and new group platformsResponsible and accountable for reviewing solution architecture in various group and business unit projects on requestResponsible for defining the architecture governance process and establishing the architecture governance of healthcare business in group and local business unitAssess the as-is healthcare architecture landscape of local business units and deliver the target architecture and transformation roadmap of business unitsCollaborate with AIA-owned healthcare subsidiaries and contribute to technical discussions and enhancement initiativesConnect with vendors on the strategy and architecture to ensure that vendors can support AIA Group effectively and efficientlyMinimum Job Requirements:
15+ years of architecture experience in complex international environments in healthcare sector, preferably in Asian and Greater China regionProven knowledge in healthcare application functionality, data structure and solution/product vendors and limitation including healthcare provider management, case management, chronic disease management, pharmaceutical benefit management, patient electronic medical record (EMR), electronic health record (EHR), etcExperience in working internationally spanning geographies in AsiaUnderstand the complexities and challenges of the organization, integrated processes, information and technologies in order to develop future-state models to best realize organizational strategiesExcellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence and partner with key internal and external stakeholdersTOGAF certification preferredExperience handling senior technical and non-technical stakeholdersBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
