Associate Director, HR Business Partner
The opportunity


Responsibilities

Partner with Senior Leadership Team members to understand their strategic objectives and translate those objectives into actionable HR plans.Provide high quality consulting support to the business unit in identifying and implementing appropriate employee strategies and solutions to support business unit objectives.Provide consultation and guidance on a broad range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, total rewards, and employee relations.Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs aligned with departmental and organizational needs.Coach and advise managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.Partner with the HR team to ensure efficient and compliant HR processes.Stay up-to-date on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Build strong relationships with employees at all levels, fostering a culture of trust and open communication and employee engagement.

University degree5-6 years experience in a generalist HR role or equivalent experienceStrong understanding of HR Principles, practices and employment lawKnowledge of HR management system is an advantageAbility to analyst data, identify trends and translate insights into actionableBusiness acumen and a strategic mindsetStrategic Thinking, effective negotiation, analytic skills, time management, teamworkProficiently written and spoken EnglishAble to work independently and under pressureProficient in Microsoft Office Application, excellent Excel skillsProactive and effectiveness driven approach to get things done
