**The College of Engineering has an exciting opening for an Associate Director for the Industry Capstone Program. This is a full-time, permanent position.**
The Industry Capstone Program prepares engineers with the multidisciplinary skills required to be leaders in industry, government and nonprofit sectors. As the culminating project in a student’s education, the Industry Capstone Program requires student teams to integrate and apply their technical coursework to a real-world engineering problem supplied by an industry sponsor, with project guidance from an industry-based mentor. Since the program began in 2017, there has been consistent growth in the number and interdisciplinary nature of projects, which span multiple departments and focus areas.
The Associate Director will assist the Industry Capstone Program Director with current projects and program operations by reaching out to prospective industry sponsors, securing capstone funding commitments as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders across the College of Engineering.

•Collaborate with the College of Engineering Marketing team to promote the program through social media channels with a focus on LinkedIn.
•Coordinate with the Corporate and Foundation Relations team’s frontline fundraisers on partnership growth and referrals.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
